There has been confusion on the recent spat between Costar and Zillow regarding the distribution of Matterport tours on Zillow.  In the past, Zillow would embed the Matterport as a 3D Home content piece as part of your listing.  As of October 20, 2025, that is no longer the case.  Zillow says they pulled all Matterport tours because of a legal dispute around the API usage of a Matterport feed.  Costar calls BS and says the issue only applies to Costar CREATED content.

Hi All

Welcome to Tax Time...most people's least favorite time of the year! We have been getting requests for our Form W-9, so Click Here to download the Form W-9, but please note you do not need to issue us a From 1099 for two reasons:
1. We are taxed as a corporation for tax purposes, and corporations do not need to get Form 1099's

2. If you paid us with a credit card, you are exempt from that requirement anyway - our credit card processor issues us a Form 1099-K which lists all charges for the year, so your charges will be included in that consolidated Form 1099-K.
