Hi All Welcome to Tax Time...most people's least favorite time of the year! We have been getting requests for our Form W-9, so Click Here to download the Form W-9, but please note you do not need to issue us a From 1099 for two reasons: We are taxed as a corporation for tax purposes, and corporations do not need to get Form 1099's If you paid us with a credit card, you are exempt from that requirement anyway - our credit card processor issues us a Form 1099-K which lists all charges for the year, so your charges will be included in that consolidated Form 1099-K.
