The research results are in for both Zillow and NAR regarding Buyer and Seller trends, so we summarized them in this comprehensive blog post.

In Summary, 81% of Sellers think it is important to have floor plans part of the marketing of their home, and 71% are more likely to hire agents that offer such content.  On the flip side, 84% of buyers think floor plans are an important part of their home search, with 77% stating that interactive floor plans help them understand if the property is right for them.
