Pricing is based on the Approximate Measured Area of the property (including garages, porches, guest houses, and other areas of the property that are measured and shown on the floor plan). A base fee applies up to the first 1000 square feet and additional fees apply for each 1000 square feet thereafter, depending on the product and service type selected.

FloorPlan Instructions: We measure all areas under roof, unless specifically excluded below. We will estimate the total measured area using the information provided above and your requests to include/exclude areas in this section. Unfinished areas not under roof (like a detached garage) will not be measured unless you specifically request the service provider to measure such areas. If you instruct us not to measure any areas, you will not be billed for them and they will not show up on your floor plan unless you add them in as part of the floor plan correction process.
